The ground floor master bedroom has pine furniture with twin beds that can be converted to a king-size double bed if preferred.  It is possible to have a third single bed or cot in this room.  Facilities include individual bedside tables, TV, hairdryer and clock radio.  The bathroom is next to this bedroom and has a three piece suite with thermostatic shower over the bath and shaver point and light. The TV is fed with the SKY+ channel from the living room and also has the local TV stations.

The swimming pool  is situated on the west facing garden slope making it a sun trap.
The pool is heated during mid and high season to around 27C/80F and uses a salt treatment system eliminating the need for chlorine chemicals.  The pool patio has a safety 'non-slip surface.
