BOOKINGS

1. Please phone (+44) 0(1481) 255839, fax (+44) 0(1481) 255464 or email john.chubb@cwgsy.net to check accommodation availability or to make a booking.

2. Provisional bookings are kept for one week pending receipt of a deposit of £150.00 for each week booked. 

3. For winter lets we require one month in advance plus a month's deposit refundable at the end of the let.

4. On receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation of the booking, detailing the balance due one month before arrival.
   

• The cottage will be available from 2:30 p.m. on your arrival day and we would therefore ask departing guests to vacate not later than 10 a.m.
  

• No refunds can be made if the booking is cancelled less than one month before your holiday commences. You are therefore advised to take holiday insurance to cover late cancellation.
  

• The tariff includes electricity and full oil fired central heating during mid and high season.  Metered charge for both services during low and winter seasons.  A telephone is provided and calls are billed on departure.
  

• Visitors are requested to notify us of any breakages, damage or equipment malfunction so that we can arrange for the appropriate repairs or replacements.  Minor breakages will not normally be charged for, but all damage and breakages are the hirers responsibility.
  

• The owners and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
